Pricing
Prices start at $175 with a 4-person minimum.
Treat table-including small table, tablecloth, and containers can be purchased for $25
Party Favors that match the theme chosen can be purchased for an additional cost per favor.
Professional 30-minute event photo shoot can be purchased at an additional cost.
A $50 deposit is required at time of booking. This will secure the date for your event. Cancellation must be made at least 15 days prior to the day of setup for the event for a full refund. 14 days or less from day of setup will not receive a refund. Pickle & Bug will do its best to reschedule with you.
The balance will be due after setup is complete.
What To Expect
The area where the tents will be needs to be clean, vacuumed and clear of any furniture prior to Pickle & Bug arrival. Pickle & Bug will not be responsible for moving furniture, cleaning or clearing the area for set up.
A charge of $25 will be applied to the final bill for time spent waiting for area to be prepared.
Pickle & Bug is responsible for setting equipment up prior to your event and taking it down after your event ends the next day.
All equipment must be in the same condition as it was at time of set up.

We have a variety of themes to look through to find the one that works best for what you want.
Don't see something that fits? Contact us and we can make a theme just for you!
Select the Date
Contact us to schedule your event, and pick out your theme.
Get Ready to Party!
When the day of the party comes, we will come to you and set up all of the decorations. After that, it's up to you to get the rest of the party rocking!
The next morning, we will come by to take down the decorations for you.
